According to the Gleaner:The Petroleum Company of Jamaica (Petcom) is to pay $11.2 million with interest to a 31-year-old woman who suffered severe burns at her workplace seven years ago when a gas cylinder exploded while being refilled by Petcom workers. Employee name Dassaiena Miller along with others at Juici Beef pattties in Liguianea, St andrew received injuries after an explosion on May 13,2002. Miller is still employed to Juici Patties but she says she cannot sit or stand for any length of time because of severe pain. Miller's forearms and legs are badly scarred from the burns and she says she can only wear pants.
She is still experiencing severe pain and will have to undergo surgery. Petcom had been making interim payments to Miller after it accepted liability.

Sweet, now thats what i called opportunity and lucky, that should be me .It's like a friend of mine dad went to a home depot and while standing to cash his merchandise the customer in front had a piece of board cashing, while picking it up to cash it caught him in his head, but the trick is the security let him leave before asking him if he is o.k.believe it or not that lead to a law suit of $140,000
